Create Organization

It may sounds a silly question but I cannot find anything that sounds like matching a createOrganization on the Java API

I can see that doing a :

POST     URL/api/v0.9/admin/orgs     

feeded with a XML of type application/vnd.vmware.vcloud.organization+xml will create an organization properly but I cannot find anything like this that match for the Java API.
